Overview
IGZO Targets Enabling High-Resolution OLED and LCD Displays
IGZO (Indium Gallium Zinc Oxide) is an oxide semiconductor material with significantly higher electron mobility than conventional amorphous silicon, enabling faster TFT operation and lower power consumption. These characteristics support the high aperture ratios and energy-efficient operation required for high-resolution OLED and LCD displays.
Through its high-density target manufacturing and composition control technologies, Mitsui Kinzoku supplies highly uniform and reliable IGZO sputtering targets. These targets contribute to the advancement of next-generation displays and high-performance electronic devices by enabling stable thin-film deposition and consistent device performance.
