Tantalum oxide/tantalum carbide, niobium
Rare Material Division

Tantalum oxide/tantalum carbide, niobium

Tantalum oxide/tantalum niobium carbide is a compound with a high melting point and corrosion resistance. We purify it to high purity by solvent extraction and supply it for electronic ceramics, cemented carbide tools, and optical lenses.

summary

Tantalum oxide, niobium oxide, niobium hydroxide (Ta₂O₅, Nb₂O₅, Nb(OH)₅)

Tantalum oxide and niobium oxide in this division are extracted and purified by separation and purification technology using solvent extraction. Our products are widely used for optical lenses, electronic ceramics, single crystals, etc.

Tantalum carbide and niobium carbide (TaC, NbC, TaNbC)

Tantalum carbide and niobium carbide in this division are produced by carbonizing oxides extracted by separation and purification technology using solvent extraction. These are supplied as raw materials for cemented carbides and PCB drills.
