Rare earth salts and processed products
Rare Material Division produces rare earth salts such as chlorides, nitrates, acetates, and in addition to that, compounds such as fluorides and oxyfluorides. The various rare earth salts are widely used for ceramics and electronic materials. We are also able to offer products such as yttrium oxyfluoride, which draws growing interests in the semiconductor field, as well as optical materials and environmental resistant products to meet the needs of our customers.

Rare Material Division’s typical products include nitrate solutions, chlorides, fluorides, oxalates, acetates, and nitrates. Sintered Bodies of Rare Earth Oxide
We handle coupon samples of rare earth oxides sintered bodies, such as yttrium oxide (Y₂O₃) and gadolinium oxide (Gd₂O₃). The size and shape are available upon request, and we would be happy to prepare samples tailored to your requirements so that customers can make good use of the samples for research and development.
Pellets of Rare Earth Compound
We also manufacture pellet products for electron beam depositions depending on the requests. Our product examples are oxide/oxyfluoride compound pellets.
Sintered bodies of Rare Earth Composite Oxides
Rare Material Division can also provide rare earth composite oxides sintered bodies upon request. For instance, we offer sintered yttrium aluminate (Y-Al-O) coupons. We also have experience in making prototypes of other composite oxides, so please feel free to contact us for the details.
