However, by establishing advanced evaluation technologies and leveraging the target material development expertise we have cultivated through years of work with ITO and IGZO, Mitsui Kinzoku successfully developed a new material for next-generation high-performance, high-resolution displays.

A Proven Leader in Target Materials
With more than a decade of experience as a pioneer in IGZO target materials, Mitsui Kinzoku has supported the development of a wide range of customer applications since the early stages of IGZO adoption. Responding to evolving customer requirements, we have developed and manufactured targets in a variety of compositions, sizes, and geometries. We also have extensive mass-production experience with both planar and cylindrical targets. Building on this proven expertise, we will continue to accelerate the realization of our customers' needs while actively pursuing the development of new materials, including high-mobility oxide materials for next-generation display technologies.

01 Samples can be provided at in-house enhancement facilities
For customers to evaluate materials on their own, the cost of targets to evaluate on a mass production machine and the cost of running the line is enormous.
In such cases, Mitsui Kinzoku can provide small-sized film samples by depositing films at its in-house sputtering facilities. TEG and other services are also available upon request.
