Raw material technology and modeling technology specialized for ceramic 3D modeling

  • High-definition modeling is possible because it is manufactured with a special slurry made from a mixture of ceramic powder and resin, which is specialized for ceramics 3D.
  • It is possible to mold a large number of the same shape in a single molding, or to mold multiple odd-shaped shapes.
  • Upon request, we can also provide consultation regarding adjustments to the appropriate shape for modeling and the installation of support materials.

Firing technology based on many years of experience and achievements suppresses cracking and deformation during firing.

  • By taking advantage of the firing technologies (kiln tools, furnaces, firing conditions, etc.) that Mitsui Kinzoku has cultivated over the years, complex 3D products can be fired without cracks or deformation.
  • We select the most appropriate tools, equipment, and conditions depending on the shape and material to solve problems during firing.
  • For example, the use of Mitsui Kinzoku's proprietary mesh setter (Ceramesh®) improves air permeability and heat uniformity, and suppresses cracking and deformation during firing.
